5 or 20 litre container free return
Send us back your empty 5 and 20 litre containers and we can refill and reuse them up to 20 times.
To set up a return you need a minimum of three 5L or 20L containers. When you make your next Greenscents order at our online shop add the number of containers you are returning to your basket with the products you are buying. The empty containers will be collected by the Parcelforce courier when your new order is delivered.
Once your collection is registered with us we will email you an address label. You will need to print this label and attach it to your containers preferably with clear tape. Either tie all your containers together with string or box them up in a reusable or recyclable container.
When your new Greenscents order is delivered, the courier will pick up your containers for return at the same time. If you are out, you will need to leave your empty containers on the doorstep.
